Who we are
Judicari is run by NB Limited LTD EOOD (НБ Лимитед ЕООД), UIC 207251740, with its registered seat at ul. Louis Ayer, zh.k. Gotse Delchev, Sofia 1404, Bulgaria. Write to us at support@nb-limited.com. By creating an account or buying credits you accept these terms.
The service
Judicari tests a startup idea you describe. It turns the idea into eight specific claims, searches public sources for evidence on each one, and returns a report with a verdict, the sources it relied on and a score. The analysis is written by AI language models from what public search returns on the day, so running the same idea again can move the score by about 10 points out of 100.
A report is research to inform your own judgement. It is not financial, legal or investment advice, it can be wrong or incomplete, and it is no substitute for talking to customers. You remain responsible for the decisions you make with it.
Your account
You sign in with a link sent to your email address, so anyone who controls that mailbox can use your account: keep it secure. One account per person. Each email address gets one free validation, once, and each internet connection only a few. Disposable email addresses can't sign in.
Credits
- Credits are prepaid. One credit runs one validation. Credits don't expire.
- A validation is delivered when all eight claims are checked and the report is written. If a validation fails before that, its credit, or your free validation, is returned automatically, once.
- A delivered report is never refunded: the research has been done and paid for.
- After 3 failed validations within 24 hours, new validations on your account pause until the next day.
- Credits can't be transferred or exchanged for money.
Payment
Credits are sold through Link, operated by Stripe, which acts as merchant of record: Link takes the payment, accounts for the VAT that applies where you live, issues your receipt and handles payment questions. Link's own terms apply to the payment. Prices on this site include VAT: the price shown is the price you pay.
Your right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the EU, you can normally withdraw from a purchase within 14 days. A validation is digital content supplied at once, so when you buy credits you ask for each validation to start immediately and accept that you lose this right once you start your first validation after buying. Until then, you can withdraw within 14 days by writing to us and get a full refund.
If a purchase is refunded or disputed, for any reason, the unused credits from that purchase are removed.
Your idea
Your idea stays yours. We use what you enter only to run your validation and show you the report. We don't use it to train models, and we send it only to model providers that commit not to store or train on it. Search queries written from your idea go to our search providers, so leave out anything you need kept strictly confidential, such as unpublished patents or other people's personal data.
Fair use
Don't automate or bulk-run validations, resell reports in bulk, create accounts to collect free validations, try to get around the credit system or its limits, or submit content you have no right to use. We may suspend or close an account that does. If we close an account for any other reason, we refund its unused credits.
Liability
We work to keep Judicari accurate and available, but we can't promise it always will be. As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect loss or for decisions made on a report, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that the law doesn't allow us to limit.
Law
These terms are governed by Bulgarian law, and the courts of Sofia have jurisdiction, without affecting any consumer protections that apply where you live.
Changes
If these terms change, we update them here and change the date at the top. Changes never take away credits you have already bought.
